Wholesaling Real Estate, sometimes referred to as house flipping has changed my life and can certainly change yours! Unlike what many of you are thinking, this is not buying a house, fixing it up, and selling it for a profit. You're actually never buying anything and have the potential to make thousands of dollars in a matter of days by connecting buyers and sellers! In a nutshell wholesaling real estate is simply finding a property owner who no longer wants their property and wants to get rid of it by any means necessary. That's where you come in! Being that the property owner doesn't want the property any longer, he/she is willing to sell it to you for super cheap! At this point you will simply write up a one page contract stating you will be purchasing the property with an assignment clause, and simply sell/assign the contract to a Real Estate Investor for a higher price profiting the difference.
